Founded by residents who have lived and served in this community for decades, our programs provide more than just services — they create belonging, empowerment, and healing.

Through the Skid Row Streetball League Community Engagement Program, we transform Gladys Park into a place of unity and growth. Youth participate in basketball skill clinics, art workshops, and mentorship circles that teach teamwork, confidence, and resilience. Families receive hot meals, clothing, hygiene kits, school supplies, and mental wellness support, all delivered in a space that feels safe and welcoming. For children who have grown up surrounded by instability, these events are not just activities — they are lifelines.

This year, we expanded our reach by launching the Skid Row Brigade Monthly Food Pantry. Every month, we distribute groceries to 100+ residents, prioritizing children and families who face daily food insecurity. The pantry provides fresh produce, pantry staples, and essential household items, ensuring that no child goes to school hungry and no parent has to choose between rent and food.

But the need is growing, and we cannot do it alone.
