Just like every great drive begins with a strong swing, this campaign marks the powerful first step in fueling WEMN’s mission: empowering young women through mentorship, leadership development, fiscal responsibility, and community connection.

Originally planned as part of our Women’s Empowerment Deck activation, our fundraiser has taken on a bold new life! While the tournament was cancelled due to inclement weather, the momentum hasn’t stopped—in fact, it’s only grown. The Women’s Empowerment Mentor Network™ (WEMN) of NW Arkansas is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit launched in 2023 dedicated to cultivating generations of confident, connected, and empowered young women. Since our first inaugural mentor circle in 2024, we’ve provided structured mentorship, skill-building programs, fiscal awareness, community engagement, and a scholarship, WEMN provides a progressive circles and 2:1 mentoring models starting with high school juniors and continuing through college and into early career years.
