Inspired by the perseverance to thrive despite the diagnosis of cancer in close friends and family, best friends Kim and Christine have started the non-profit called On Stage 4 Cancer. This newly formed organization’s sole purpose is to help financially support those thriving with cancer in our community. Why thriving? We know that sometimes the goal is not just to survive the cancer, but to THRIVE. By connecting musicians, the arts, and our community we will raise funds for those “thrivers.”

On Stage 4 Cancer will use various performing arts to create a variety show whose proceeds will benefit our thrivers and their families here in Northeast Wisconsin. We aim to be a source of financial support for those whose diagnosis of cancer limits their ability to work but are not covered by traditional means, particularly those who work in the “gig” economy or are small business entrepreneurs.

An application will be available for those who are interested in applying. Our board of directors will then select one or more recipients who will receive the proceeds from our concert events.
