The Greater Louisville Alumnae Panhellenic (GLAP) invites you to join us for our annual Panhellenic Scholarship Fundraiser on Thursday, March 26, 2026, at Hurstbourne Country Club
(9000 Hurstbourne Club Lane, Louisville, KY 40222).

This year’s event will be an evening cocktail reception celebrating Panhellenic sisterhood, scholarship, and service.

Why We Gather

Each year, GLAP brings together Panhellenic women from across the Louisville metropolitan area to raise funds for academic scholarships benefiting collegiate sorority women at:

University of Louisville
Bellarmine University
Indiana University Southeast

These scholarships directly support young women who exemplify Panhellenic values of leadership, service, and academic excellence.

During the evening, we will proudly celebrate our 2025 Scholarship Award Recipients and honor our 2026 Outstanding Alumna, recognizing her lasting impact on Panhellenic sisterhood and the greater Louisville community.

In 2025, GLAP awarded $4,000 in scholarships to outstanding Panhellenic women. This impact is only possible because of the generosity and support of our alumnae and community partners.

Ways to Support the Scholarship Fund

There are several meaningful ways to contribute:

Attend the Event
All profits from ticket sales directly support the scholarship fund. Guests will also enjoy a live auction featuring special, curated items during the program.

Participate in the Silent Auction
GLAP’s primary fundraiser, our silent auction will go live on March 19, 2026 and is open to everyone — no event ticket required. Follow GLAP on Facebook and Instagram for featured item previews and bidding updates.
