Event purpose: To raise needed funds to prepare and position 650 underserved youth for careers that align with their interests and strengths and pay family-sustaining wages.

Event theme: Celebrate LEAP’s partners, without whom we would not be where we are today.

Our Vision

LEAP will become increasingly well-known for the delivery of high-quality and innovative youth programs that advance transformational and sustainable change for our students, families, and communities. Through these programs for students in middle school through post-secondary education, LEAP will provide impactful support in academic enrichment, social-emotional development, post-secondary and career readiness, and social capital building.

As a regional thought partner, LEAP will engage with our communities of practice to advocate for addressing and eliminating the inequities in educational and career opportunities for underserved students.
