Two centennial celebrations. One unforgettable night.

Gala Co-Chairs Sam and Linda Weaver and our Board of Directors welcome you to the most exciting fundraiser of the season! The evening begins with a reception and silent auction in the iconic Bumper Car Pavilion at 6pm, followed by an elegant dinner and awards in the historic Spanish Ballroom.

Then it's time for the gala swing dance afterparty! Featuring a beginner lesson with Gottaswing at 8:30pm, live music from The Rock-A-Sonics, and unlimited carousel rides—it's an afterparty like no other.

This year we will honor The Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce for its 100-year history of empowering local businesses, as well as local artist Carol Barton, renowned for her pop-up books and paintings. We will also celebrate the 100th anniversary of our iconic Wurlitzer band organ—a century of history through music!

About Glen Echo Park

The Park is home to 13 resident artists & organizations, including two award-winning children's theaters; a nature & aquatic life program for kids; a thriving social dance program; a restored 1921 Dentzel Carousel; numerous art studios and galleries; and hundreds of classes in visual & performing arts, including ceramics, painting, photography, glass, music, dance, and more. These activities, as well as free summer concerts, festivals, and special events attract 300,000+ visitors each year.

Although we are located within a National Park, we do not receive federal funds. Your support is vital to sustain the unique history and beauty of Glen Echo Park.

Each ticket is tax-deductible above the $250 per person cost of the dinner and entertainment. All proceeds benefit the Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture.
