Welcome to Gotham Food Pantry’s 2025 Charity Auction!

This special event brings together our community of supporters, partners, and friends to raise essential funds that fuel our mission: rescuing high-quality surplus food and delivering it to underserved New Yorkers across all five boroughs.

In 2024 alone, Gotham rescued and distributed over 5 million pounds of nutritious food, serving more than 160,000 New Yorkers in need. Every bid you place tonight helps us continue this work, expand into new neighborhoods, and provide stability and nourishment for families facing food insecurity.

From exclusive dining experiences and unique cultural events to getaways and one-of-a-kind items, your winning bids don’t just secure memorable prizes—they directly power our fight against hunger and food waste.

Auction Terms & Conditions

Bidding
- All bids are final and binding.
- Bidders must be at least 18 years of age.
Payment
- Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction.
- Payment must be made through GiveButter platform.
Item Redemption
- Unless otherwise noted, gift certificates, tickets, and experiences are valid for one year from the auction date.
- Blackout dates, exclusions, and restrictions may apply and are at the discretion of the donor.
- Reservations, when required, are the responsibility of the winner and subject to availability.
Delivery & Pick-Up
- Physical items will be emailed, mailed, delivered, or picked up at Gotham Food Pantry. Deliveries and pickups must be coordinated with Gotham Food Pantry.
- Gotham Food Pantry is not responsible for lost or damaged items once they have been delivered.
Experiences & Services
- Experiences involving scheduling (such as dinners, tours, or performances) must be arranged directly with the donor unless otherwise stated.
- Gotham Food Pantry is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling beyond our control.
Tax Deduction
- Auction purchases may not be tax-deductible or may only be deductible for the portion exceeding fair market value. Please consult a tax advisor.
- Gotham Food Pantry will provide acknowledgment letters upon request.
General
- Items may not be resold, re-auctioned, or returned for cash value.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- Gotham Food Pantry makes no warranties or representations on auction items or services.
