The First Weber Foundation is a resource for agents and staff to spread financial support throughout the communities where they have a presence.

Established in 2005, the First Weber Foundation has provided sponsorships and matching gifts to more than 1,000 non-profits. Through your support of qualifying charities, our giving exceeds $4.1 Million, with most of those funds staying in the State of Wisconsin.

The Foundation seeks pledges from staff and agents and offers matches - either individually or as an office. Some offices have annual matching events. Some examples of such passion projects are:

The West Bend Office's support of Project Gratitude, providing Thanksgiving meals to families in Washington County
The Stevens Point Office's support of Project Fresh Clothes, providing vouchers for children to use in obtaining clothes at back-to-school time
The Fitchburg Office's support of Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin, helping to provide food security to food pantries and food banks.

Additionally, the Foundation has been a faithful supporter of many Habitat for Humanity chapters, including Milwaukee Habitat.

There are baskets and bundles, too. There's a Hot Toddy basket, a Baraboo-themed basket, a set of Caymus red wines and one of the biggies: 2 Hixon caddies featuring a Bloody Mary bar and snacks galore. And there's so much more!
