Meridian has been proudly serving communities throughout North Central Florida with compassionate care since 1971. We have expanded our service area to include 13 patient service centers to better support those who face mental health and substance use challenges.

We are more than a crisis center but a community and a community resource.

Our services include inpatient, residential treatment, outpatient, and community-based programs. For the convenience of our patients, we also offer a primary care clinic, a pharmacy, programs for moms in recovery, support services for veteran families, housing programs, transitional housing, telehealth appointments and more.
