Visual Expressions is a holiday art auction and fundraiser hosted by AAF San Francisco Bay Area, celebrating the power of storytelling through art. Each piece — whether abstract, emotional, or bold — reflects the artist’s unique story and perspective. Proceeds from the auction help fund student awards and creative programming that support the next generation of artists, designers, and storytellers as they build their careers in advertising and the creative industry.

Participating in Visual Expressions means more than collecting art — it’s an opportunity to invest in the creative community. Every bid directly supports local artists, who retain 60% of their sale, while the remaining proceeds fund scholarships and professional programs for students across the Bay Area.

The auction will run online from November 24 through December 7, allowing bidders to explore and purchase works from an inspiring range of Bay Area artists. The experience culminates in our Collection Reception, where buyers and artists meet in person to exchange sold pieces, connect over shared passion, and celebrate the stories behind the art. A few standout works will also be live auctioned during the reception, adding a touch of excitement and friendly competition to the evening.
