Over the past decade, the Inner Ocean Empowerment Project has trained and equipped women to become certified Community Health Workers—local healers who bring medicine, leadership, and hope to their own communities. These women now walk for miles across mountain paths to deliver care, offer education, and hold their villages through illness, childbirth, and change.

This year, we’re taking the next step. Together, we’re expanding their training to include leadership and business development—so these mothers can manage their own health programs, track inventory, raise funds, and become fully self-sustaining.
