This event is for youth transitioning into adulthood, business and school leaders, parents, parent groups and educators, first responders/firefighters, veterans, youth mental health advocates, caretakers, individuals with lived/recovery experiences, community leaders and anyone wanting to reach their health and wellness goals. Our goals are to: ● Educate the community through an interactive and open discussion about mental health ● Provide resources for mental health, addiction, recovery, and wellness ● Bring attention to behavioral health services and resources ● Motivate participants to make positive behavior changes Everyone is fighting some type of battle and it is our goal to share stories, connect with others and provide resources to help.
