Every week, LiftPD offers free small group exercise classes for people living with Parkinson’s disease right here in Richmond, VA. Our program blends Parkinson’s-specific training with expert coaching to improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence—all within a community that feels like family.

We believe cost should never be a barrier to care. That’s why every class is free to attend—but not free to provide. We rely on donations to cover essential costs like coach payroll, facility rent, equipment, insurance, and ongoing program development.

This fall, we’re launching our first-ever virtual Silent Auction, running from November 1–14, and closing with a special Livestream Finale on November 14 from 3–5 PM—broadcast live on this page!

Our goal is to raise $15,000 to fund the classes, coaches, and tools that help our athletes live better, stronger lives.
