In August 2023, MacArthur High School made history as the first new comprehensive high school to open in the District of Columbia Public Schools in 50 years. Located in the heart of the Palisades neighborhood, we are a vibrant, growing community of students representing all eight wards of the district.

Your Support Matters: Our students live by the motto: “Believe, Belong, Become.” Whether they are competing on the soccer field, performing in our band, or competing with our Debate Team, our goal is to ensure every student has the resources to thrive and become the leaders of tomorrow.

Proceeds from this auction will directly benefit our diverse array of academics, clubs and athletics, including:

Academics & Leadership: Student Government, National Honor Society, Reading and Math Interventions, Men of Excellence Mentoring.
The Arts: Drumline, Photography, Drama and Arts programs.
Athletics: Supporting our fledgling teams in Volleyball, Basketball, Cross Country, and more.
Global and Local Engagement: Model United Nations, The MacArthur Tribune, and Debate Team.

How You Can Help We are seeking a variety of donations, such as:

Gift certificates or vouchers for local services.
Unique "experience" packages (e.g., behind-the-scenes tours, lessons, or vacation stays).
Physical items, art pieces, or memorabilia.

In exchange for your generosity, your business will be featured in our online auction catalog and recognized across our school community communications, providing visibility to families from across the entire District.
