My name is Brandi Brown. I never imagined I would find myself asking for help like this, but today I am setting my pride aside because I need help and I cannot do it alone. I am raising support to pursue stem cell treatment for severe, debilitating back pain that has taken over my daily life.

About me

For many months, I have been living with severe back pain caused by a herniated disc and bulging discs in my lower back. What most people take for granted, sitting, driving, sleeping through the night, or even getting out of bed, has become a daily struggle. The pain affects nearly every part of my life and has made simple, everyday activities incredibly difficult.

Instead of giving up, I have committed myself to doing everything I can to heal. I have tried to find relief through traditional treatments, including steroid injections, medications, decompression therapy, chiropractic treatment, physical therapy, and cryo therapy, but I have not found relief.

Living with chronic pain is physically exhausting, emotionally draining, and incredibly isolating. I do not want to spend the rest of my life in pain.

My public service

For the past 18 years, I have dedicated my career to serving the community as a law enforcement professional in probation and parole. Throughout my career, I have worked to protect public safety while helping individuals navigate the challenges of rehabilitation and accountability.

My role has required integrity, compassion, sound judgement, and the ability to make difficult decisions under pressure. Serving in probation and parole has been more than a job. It has been a calling, and it is work I would like to continue doing.

I have had the privilege of supporting victims, holding offenders accountable, and helping many individuals make positive changes in their lives. I have always approached my work with professionalism, fairness, and a commitment to making my community a safer place.

Now, after years of dedicating my life to helping others, I find myself facing my own difficult challenge. I remain hopeful and determined to overcome it, and I am deeply grateful for the support, kindness, and generosity of those who are helping me on my journey.

What I am seeking treatment for

I have disc bulging, degenerative changes, and spondylosis with central canal stenosis at L4 5 and L5 S1, with right L5 and S1 radiculopathy. This condition is the source of the severe pain that has made everyday life so difficult.

How this affects daily life

The pain impacts my ability to sit, drive, sleep through the night, and get out of bed. It affects nearly every part of my life. It is exhausting to live with constant pain, and it can feel isolating, but I am doing everything I can to keep moving forward.

Why I am seeking stem cell treatment now

I have tried many traditional treatments without relief. I am pursuing stem cell treatment because I do not want to accept a future defined by pain, and I want the chance to heal and get my life back.

What I am hoping to achieve

My hope is to reduce my pain, improve my mobility, and return to a normal daily life where I can sleep, drive, and move without constant suffering. I also want to continue serving my community in the work I have dedicated my life to.

Even modest improvements would make a meaningful difference.
