MVEA Banquet - Saturday, January 10, 2026 - 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Each year the Miami Valley Equestrian Association (MVEA) holds an annual banquet and awards ceremony to celebrate the accomplishments of our competing members, recognize our hard working volunteers, and provide updates on MVEA's strategy and objectives for the coming year. This year's member banquet will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm at Ray's Wine-Spirits-Grill in Clayton, Ohio. (See tickets for additional details.)

MVEA Silent Auction - Saturday, December 27, 2025 - Saturday, January 10, 2026 8:30 pm

For the first time, in conjunction with the annual banquet, MVEA is holding a silent auction fundraising event. Much of MVEA's fundraising effort is dedicated to the conservation and improvement of Twin Towers Horse Park in Fairborn, Ohio, which is a valuable schooling and competition venue in our area. Our goal is to promote the sport of Eventing and other equine activities by preserving our local green space and providing access to equine focused events and education. The silent auction will open for bids on Saturday, December 27, 2025 and run through Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 8:30 pm. Click the auction tab at the top of this page to view items and register to bid. You do not need to attend the banquet or be an MVEA member to bid on auction items.
