Why We’re Celebrating

Since the nonprofit's founding in 2015, McCoy Farm & Gardens has become a beloved space where history comes to life, and where gardens and trails invite us to slow down and appreciate the natural world.

Over the last ten years, our nonprofit has depended on the generosity of people like you to maintain and enhance this historic 38-acre treasure on Walden's Ridge — keeping its grounds open to the public, supporting events, preserving heritage, and fostering natural beauty.

What the Auction Supports

Proceeds from this anniversary auction will directly help with:

Maintaining and restoring historic buildings
Expanding and preserving garden beds, trails, arboretum trees, and native species
Planting trees and shrubs along the trails to screen road noise and visibility
Enhancing visitor amenities: benches, signage, restrooms
Community programming: events, educational opportunities, volunteer support
