The SC Multilingual Learner Educator Network is an organization of teachers volunteering for a cause dear to their hearts; while operating for over 5 years, SCMLE gained 501c3 non-profit status in 2023.

The goal of the South Carolina ML Educator Network is to connect all educators of multilingual learners in South Carolina with instructional support, networking opportunities, and advocacy.

We are a growing network of South Carolina educators that support each other through collaboration and professional learning opportunities. We seek to elevate educator voices, grow professionally, and recruit and retain teachers to our profession for the benefit of multilingual students and families.

This live auction is organized to fund current and future initiatives of the South Carolina Multilingual Learner Educator Network. Membership, events, and professional development opportunities offered by SCMLE are all free. However, in order to expand the depth and breadth of SCMLE's initiatives, finances are necessary. The start of a diverse book bank has begun along with many other initiatives in the works such as mentorship opportunities for experienced ML teachers to assist new teachers, opportunities for teachers to be sent to professional conferences, and more. Proceeds from this auction will go toward these goals. This is where you come in! The auction includes a wide variety of items and experiences, all of which have been donated by individuals and organizations throughout the state of South Carolina and beyond. We are grateful for their support as well as yours!
