We will meet in the Discovery Lodge starting at 9:30 am, where the Catskill Center will host a check-in table with complimentary coffee and snacks. When you arrive, you’ll check in with our team, receive your lift ticket for the day, and have time to secure rentals, browse our silent auction, and get geared up.

At 10:30 am, we’ll head to the gondola and ride to the top of the mountain together, creating space for conversation with Catskill Center staff, board members, and fellow supporters. From there, we’ll ski down Deer Run, an intermediate trail that winds along the outside of the mountain, starting as a blue square and eventually transitioning into a green circle. This group run is best suited for participants with some skiing experience who feel confident safely making their way down the mountain.

After the first run, you can choose to continue skiing with Catskill Center staff and board members or return to the lodge to warm up. At 12:00 pm, we’ll break for lunch, which is included with your ticket, and invite everyone to place final bids in the silent auction.

The silent auction will close at 2:00 pm, when we’ll announce the winners and celebrate the impact of the day together. You are welcome to ski as much or as little as you like for the rest of the day, enjoying Belleayre Mountain while supporting the Catskill Center’s work in the Catskills.
