Let’s start with the obvious. What is Moustaches for Kids?

Moustaches for Kids is a community of Moustache “growers” who raise money once a year for a local children’s charity. For 30 days, the chapter’s growers will all work tirelessly to fundraise for your charity and grow awesome Moustaches.

In our first year (2018), we partnered with the fine folks at Make-A-Wish Foundation of Orange County & Inland Empire and raised $33,440 with just 20 growers. Flash Forward to 2019! We partnered with CHOC Hospital and raised $64,923 with 40 growers! In 2020 we teamed up with Miracles for Kids and raised $127,650 with 56 growers! In 2021 we partnered with Camp Conrad Chinnock and raised $136,025 with over 100 growers!

THIS YEAR - we want more! Our goal is $150,000 and our 2022 Charity Partner is Unlimited Possibilities!

Founded in 1953, UCP-OC (Now known as Unlimited Possibilities, or UP) was originally established as United Cerebral Palsy of Orange County to assist people of all ages affected by cerebral palsy. Over our 60+ years of service, however, we have observed great demand for services for children with disabilities. In response, we have streamlined our focus to children while broadening the programs offered, as well as the range of disabilities served to include autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and other developmental delays. In order to help every child reach their full potential, our services are highly individualized, from simple delays to complicated lifetime conditions.

Unlimited Possibilities now provides specialized care for more than 5,300 children and families each year. We are one of the only organizations in Orange County delivering comprehensive support for children with disabilities and their families. As such, our services are critical to closing developmental gaps and empowering families to care for their child’s special needs.
