Bidding Extension: If a bid is placed within the final 15 minutes, the auction closing time will automatically extend by 15 minutes. Extensions will continue in 15-minute increments until no new bids are received.

Charitable Contribution Disclosure
This auction is hosted by Future Youth Records, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Proceeds directly benefit our programs and mission. Only the amount paid over the fair market value (FMV) of the item may be considered tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for guidance.

Package Inclusions & Winner Obligations
The winning bidder and one (1) guest will enjoy a private lunch with Joe Mantegna in the San Fernando Valley, CA.
The exact restaurant location and date will be coordinated after the auction closes, with the lunch taking place between October 15 – December 15, 2025, subject to Joe Mantegna’s availability.
A Future Youth Records representative will be present throughout the experience to ensure it runs smoothly and provide support as needed.
Travel, lodging, and other related expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
The winner agrees to provide accurate contact and shipping information at the time of bidding if any physical items are to be mailed.
The winner agrees to provide photos of themselves at the lunch for promotional use, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Guest Conduct
Winning bidders and their guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately throughout the experience. Respect for Joe Mantegna, his team, the venue staff, and the FYR representative is required at all times. To ensure a positive and enjoyable experience, participants are asked to avoid sensitive or potentially divisive topics. Any violation of these expectations may result in removal from the experience or forfeiture of the package, at the sole discretion of Future Youth Records or Joe Mantegna’s representatives.

Package Scope Confirmation
This auction package is limited to lunch with Joe Mantegna for two (2) people as described.
The package does not include additional guests, extensions of time, or personalized experiences beyond the lunch. Any requests for changes or additions made after the auction closes may not be honored.

Auction Closing Extension Policy
If a bid is placed within the final fifteen (15) minutes before an auction is scheduled to close, the closing time will automatically be extended by an additional fifteen (15) minutes.
Extensions will continue in 15-minute increments until no new bids are received. Future Youth Records may modify or disable the extension feature for any auction at its discretion. Any such exceptions will be clearly stated in the auction description.

Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable
This auction package is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

Photo and Media Release
By participating in this experience, the winner agrees that any photos or media taken during the event may be used by Future Youth Records for promotional and storytelling purposes, unless otherwise requested in writing.

Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years or older or have written consent from a legal guardian to bid and participate.

Disclaimer
In case of cancellation or unforeseen event changes, Future Youth Records and Joe Mantegna reserve the right to modify or reschedule the experience. A good faith effort will be made to provide an alternative of equal value or issue a refund if necessary.
