New Albany Women's Network is celebrating our 25th Annual Charity Fashion Show!

What once started as a Spring preview luncheon for a rummage sale has now become a fabulous Fall night out with fashion featured on the runway from favorite local boutiques and retailers. Over the years, this event has supported many worthy causes that focus on fulfilling immediate needs in our community and providing enrichment in the lives of local women and children. We are proud to continue this tradition and invite you to join us in celebration of the 25th year!

NAWN is honored to introduce the 2024 Annual Charity Fashion Show beneficiary, Seeds of Caring.

Seeds of Caring empowers kids to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands, and minds through hands-on service and volunteer experiences. The mission is to help our youth recognize and understand needs in their community and to provide meaningful activities that develop skills and confidence and encourage taking action to make a difference. Funds raised will go to the "Help and Hope for Hungry and Unhoused Neighbors" program. Through this program, over 1500 child participants across Central Ohio will learn about the critical issues of food insecurity and homelessness. Activities will include packing sack lunches for local shelters, creating compassion kits for unhoused neighbors, assembling food boxes for kids experiencing food insecurity, and much more. Kids will contribute a minimum of 2,000 volunteer hours to address these needs and will support the missions of 10+ hunger/homelessness-related nonprofits. Together, we will inspire our future change-makers, build bridges across our community and create a kinder, more connected world - led by our youngest generation.

This year's fashion show celebrates the essence of timeless elegance, refined sophistication, and radiant beauty—beauty that reflects both inner grace and outer charm. It serves as a heartfelt tribute to NAWN's rich philanthropic legacy, honoring the visionary women who founded us and the remarkable women who continue to shape who we are today.

“Gold Glamour” will be held at The Estate of New Albany at 5216 Forest Drive on Friday, November 1 from 7-10:30pm. The evening kicks off with a cocktail hour, complete with delectable hors d'oeuvres and a complimentary glass of champagne to welcome you, courtesy of JGK, The Law Office of Jessica G. King. Following that, we will gather in the main hall for an exciting runway-style fashion show, along with inspiring keynote speakers from NAWN and Seeds of Caring. The night promises great music, an engaging silent auction, a lively photo booth, and plenty of memorable moments to make it an unforgettable experience!

All tickets include a welcome champagne drink and heavy appetizers. Drink tickets available for purchase now with your ticket, as well as available the night of the event.

New Albany Women's Network (NAWN) is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization that exists to better the lives of women and children in and around Central Ohio through various philanthropic activities. In the 25 years since NAWN was established, the organization has held over 50 fundraising events, supported various local non-profits, and has raised over $1million!! We are proud to provide a network for all women who live or work in New Albany. Our goal is to enrich and foster a united community through various social, educational, community outreach, and charitable events.

NAWN welcomes women who live, work, or have an interest in New Albany to connect and give back to the community we call home. We focus on supporting local causes, such as the Food Pantry, our schools and those within our neighborhoods who may need some assistance.
