Flight to the Future: Shaping Our Next Chapter Friday, December 6, 2024 5:30PM - 9:30PM Spend an evening supporting the future of the New England Air Museum. This fundraising event will celebrate the opening of the new Sikorsky exhibit and will include cocktail hour, dinner, guest speakers and silent & live auctions featuring exclusive trips and experiences. All tickets must be purchased no later than November 15, 2024. For private tables of up to 10 people, please purchase the table package to ensure a private table for your large group. Tables can seat up to ten guests.  For pairs or groups under ten, please purchase all tickets on one order to ensure you're seated with your preferred group. We’ll accommodate seating requests for individual tickets when they’re part of the same order. The main course will be Low & Slow Braised Beef Short Rib (white sweet mashed, asparagus, short rib jus). Should you have specific dietary restrictions or prefer a vegan entrée, please indicate your dietary restrictions/allergies when prompted when purchasing your ticket. The vegan entrée is Sheperdess Pie (peas, mushrooms, carrots, sweet onions, garlic vegetable stock, vegan red wine sauce, vegan mashed potatoes, basil microgreens) If purchasing more than one ticket, please indicate how many vegan entrées you need on each ticket.
