This auction takes place during the Charles Town Classic Festival, located at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races. The festival includes exciting horse races, live bands and entertainment, food trucks, games, contests, a kids' corner, and more fun for the whole family!

The silent auction can be found indoors next to the Poker Room (21+ only), where you will find a collection of items donated by local businesses, horse racing memorabilia, and autographed items from performers at The Event Center. In 2023, over $6,000 was raised in the auction to benefit our non-profit partners who do amazing work every day to support our community:

Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, changing the lives of children with cancer since 2005 through funding research, raising awareness and providing family support. www.alexslemonade.org
West Virginia Breast Health Initiative, raising awareness and funding breast cancer programs with an emphasis on education, screenings and survivor services. www.wvbhi.org
Animal Welfare Society of Jefferson County, WV, providing housing and adoption services for surrendered, abandoned, neglected, abused and unwanted dogs, puppies, cats and kittens since 1952. www.awsjc.org

Bidding goes live at 4:00 PM on Friday, August 23rd, and all won items must be picked up between 10:30 PM - 11:00 PM. If you can't attend, or wish to make a monetary donation, click the pink "Donate" button above. All proceeds from auction winning bids and direct donations will be distributed to our non-profit partners.
