I grew up in a small town where healing spaces and creative outlets were scarce.

As I got older, I discovered paths that changed my life: music, creative expression and energy healing.
Together, they showed me how powerful connection and healing can be, and through life experience I recognize how important accessibility is.

These communities gave me joy and belonging, while practices like Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Breathe for Change (SEL yoga educator training) all gave me tools for physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Sharing these teachings, practices, and experiences is our mission, which is why we have been offering these services both online and in-person even before officially filing as a non-profit organization.

That’s why I created Our Dreams Entwined Foundation, to weave these threads into spaces where any person can find support, creativity, and the courage to dream bigger. We offer Genuine Kind Support and Healthy Creative Outlets. Let's Heal, Together!
