This year marks the 10th Anniversary of PLAN4SUCCESS programming, celebrating a decade of building pathways for underserved youth from high school to college, career, and community leadership.

Through our six integrated student-led initiatives, we’ve awarded 237 scholarships, serve 350+ students annually, supported teens from 98 high schools at our PLAN2LEAD Teen Summit, delivered 900+ college readiness touch points, and built a national peer network of 30 College Success Guides across 70+ colleges and universities. From PLAN2THRIVE mental-wellness care packages to custom Success Links webinars and a private opportunity-sharing community, our wrap-around model ensures students receive a powerful ecosystem of academic support, leadership development, and community care.

GIVE100 is our crowdfunding campaign inviting 100 donors to give $100 (or any amount) to help students cover essential college expenses like books, transportation, and living costs. Your contribution directly fuels scholarships, mentorship, mental-wellness resources, leadership development, and access to trusted networks — helping young people persist, graduate, and step confidently into their futures.

Our 6 Initiatives — One Ecosystem of Support

PLAN4PROGRESS Scholarships: To date, we’ve awarded 237 scholarships, helping students cover books, transportation, and basic college needs so finances don’t derail their dreams.
PLAN2LEAD Teen Summit: Our annual summit convenes youth from 98 different high schools, providing leadership development, emotional wellness, and career exposure in one powerful day of connection.
PLAN2THRIVE (Mental Wellness): We deliver care packages, peer circles, and resilience resources that remind students they are seen, supported, and not navigating stress alone.
Success Links (College & Career): Students receive custom webinars, professional workshops, and access to a private Success Links group offering internships, study-abroad info, and real-time opportunity sharing.
College Success Guides Network: A national peer-mentor model connecting students across campuses to build belonging, accountability, and academic navigation skills.
Civic & Community Engagement: From service projects to youth-led initiatives, students practice leadership in action while giving back to the communities that raised them.

Together, these six pillars create a wrap-around model that supports young people academically, emotionally, and professionally — from high school through adulthood.
