The latest in the ongoing “The Art Auction,” co-curated by culture writers Rose Apodaca and Gawain Semlear, and presented by Subrosa Unlimited.

The three nonprofits impacted by Los Angeles’ recent historic wildfires BENEFIT 100% FROM THE AUCTION and DIRECT DONATIONS:

+ Hope & Grief: A temporary fund set up by volunteer artists/art professionals to directly assist the 400+ artists and art professionals who lost or suffered significant damage to their homes, studios and work.

+ Best Friends Animal Society: LA Chapter, an animal rescue bringing emergency assistance to animals impacted by the wildfires in Los Angeles.

+ The ARC Fighter-Fighter Fund: LA-based nonprofit providing the 1,000+ incarcerated firefighters on the frontline—who are being paid $5.80 to $10.24 per day for a 24-hour shift—with food, essentials and scholarships.

We are grateful for the generous donations by these LA-based artists in our efforts to continue assisting those impacted by these fires.

FULFILLMENT DETAILS:

All bids are final. In the case of tied bids, the first received is the first honored.

If winning bidder resides within Los Angeles or Orange County, bidder can make arrangements to pick up winning artwork after the auction is over with auction hosts at RA@subrosaunlimited.com.

If LA/OC winning bidder prefers delivery, bidder is responsible for any expenses related for secure transport. A flat delivery charge of $75 is associated with transport within LA County and $100 to Orange County.

IF winning bidder resides outside of pick-up zone, artwork will be safely packaged and shipped by a shipping service applicable to the size and value of the work. Winning bid is responsible for collecting artwork, including any expenses for shipping, insurance and other related costs associated with a secure transport.

When you place a bid on an online auction item, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from the seller.

You are the winning bidder if your bid is the highest bid at auction close and accepted by the seller. Winner is responsible for the winning sum, plus any applicable sales or use tax on your purchase.

All purchases are final once purchase is confirmed by seller, and cannot be canceled.

Winning bidder is solely responsible for compliance with any federal, state or local tax laws governing purchase. Is the winning bidders responsibility to report and pay applicable taxes.

Sellers reserve the right to remove, add and update items from the online auction at any time without notice.
