Welcome to the STRIVE TO THRIVE auction! We have a tremendous selection of items and we need everyone across our membership - statewide - to join in the bidding. This is our main fundraiser for the 2023-2024 year and our goal is $14,000. In April 1903, the NSCDA-SC opened the building with a reception from 5-7pm and an entry fee of ten cents. The building was open a few days a week and volunteer Dames operated it. We have come a long way since that first day and we have a responsibility to continue to preserve the magazine and to provide educational programs as a gateway to colonial education in South Carolina. This auction will help us continue to fulfill our duty to preserve the building, provide educational programs both in classrooms and via virtual programs that reach well beyond the Lowcountry, and to provide meaningful learning opportunities in the museum.
