Ringer Center of Excellence, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2003, is dedicated to workforce development with a mission to educate, empower, and equip underemployed, unemployed, and differently-abled adults and youth with the skills and tools necessary for a sustainable lifestyle. Our target populations include foster youth, DJJ youth, TANF recipients, SNAP recipients, vocational rehabilitation (VR) adults and youth, college students, and high school students. Over the years, we have successfully served more than 80,000 individuals across multiple states, including Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, New York, Montana, and Alabama.

Our comprehensive approach addresses the needs of our clients through job readiness training, mentoring, career coaching, customer service certification, and job placement assistance. We recognize the pressing challenges faced by our target populations, such as limited access to educational resources, lack of skills, and barriers to employment. Ringer Center of Excellence, Inc. exists to bridge these gaps and provide effective solutions.

By offering job readiness training, we equip individuals with the essential skills needed to enter and succeed in the workforce. Our mentoring and career coaching programs provide personalized guidance and support, empowering clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their professional goals. Our Customer Service Certification program ensures that our clients possess the necessary skills to excel in customer-facing roles, enhancing their employability.

Job placement is a critical component of our services, as it directly connects our clients to meaningful employment opportunities. We have established strong partnerships with local employers, fostering relationships that lead to job placements for our participants. By facilitating these connections, we ensure that our clients can secure sustainable employment and experience economic stability.

The outcomes of our programs are tangible and impactful. We measure success through metrics such as employment rates, income growth, and client satisfaction. Our efforts have resulted in numerous success stories, transforming lives and communities. All donations are tax-deductible, and proceeds will go towards continuing our mission by assisting unemployed, underserved, disadvantaged youth and adults.
