We have so many amazing donated items up for bid. Please remember, the funds raised from the item you are bidding on go directly to the Carolina Forest High School Band & will assist the band with all expenses for our upcoming season. Bidding over the items value is encouraged and please know our hard-working students truly appreciate your support! If you feel so led to help, you also have the option to make a monetary donation. we are a 501(c)3 organization and your generosity is what helps us make each year more successful than the next.

All items must be picked up at the auction table at the close of auction. All credit cards will be charged for winning bids at the close of auction. You must be present and show proof of winning to claim your item. Shipping will not be provided for any items. The only exception to this is vacation packages. Vacation packages are virtual and could be claimed via email/text upon closing of the auction. All unclaimed items at the close of the competition will be forfeit. Automatically charge bidders when they win an item. Auto-charge transactions will incur a 5% platform fee in addition to the 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee.

All items are available for viewing on the silent auction table the day of competition. Bidders are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding. All items are sold as is, in their current condition, without guarantees or warranties and all sales are final. Feel free to ask questions to any of the volunteers on site.

Due to our Competition being rained out, we will be having our auction end date on November 22, and will be at The Sneaky Beagle. We will start setting up at 2 pm and will be there from 4pm to 8pm. All Auctions will close by 8pm and items must be picked up!
