Welcome to our annual fundraiser in support of REPRO Rising Virginia Foundation 501(c)(3) work!

** You do not need to attend the auction in person to participate! Most auction items can be emailed or mailed after the event. For large items: Winners can pick up their items at the gala on June 5; arrange for transfer of the item at a mutually agreed upon location; or arrange for direct delivery for a shipping fee.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE:

Take a look at all of the items in the auction catalog. Each item has a description, a photo, an estimated value, and a starting bid.
Register on the Givebutter auction page! Setting up an account on the user-friendly auction platform takes only a few minutes. On the catalog home page, enter your email address and look for an email that Givebutter will send to you. Click on the link in the email, and put in your first and last name, and create a password. And that’s it! On May 25th you can participate in the auction and bid on any of the items!
Turn on text notifications (optional). We recommend you take this step so you can be notified if you are outbid on an item – so you can return to the item and bid again! To do this, navigate to Account > My Account > Edit Account. Enter your phone number and check the box for “Send me outbid notifications.” Check your phone for the verification code and plug it in. Now you’re all set to get the latest updates on your bids!
Start bidding! Bidding will run from midnight on Monday, May 25th at midnight through 9:00 pm on Friday, June 5 (the evening of the Gala).
Did you win? Congratulations! You’ll receive an email advising you that you’ve won your auction with a link that will take you to the auction page – where it will give you the opportunity to pay for your auction. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment has gone through.
At the end of the Gala -- Upon exiting the ballroom look for the table that lists the number of the item that you won. One of our volunteers will confirm payment (we may want you to show us on your phone!) and we’ll hand you the item that you’ve won. If you’re not at our Gala, simply pay and we will get in touch with you the next morning.
