Since 2010, Rancho Cielo’s annual Culinary Round Up has given guests a unique opportunity to meet our culinary students and see them in action. This Western-themed evening features exceptional food, drinks, and both a silent and live auction—all supporting the youth of Rancho Cielo.

Proceeds from the silent auction and the entire event go directly to all Rancho Cielo programs, helping students earn their high school diplomas while gaining hands-on training, industry certifications, and vital life skills. Thanks to generous community partners, all food, beverages, and auction items are donated, allowing every dollar raised to benefit our students.

This year, we’re excited to partner with the City of Monterey: the auction will be hosted at the Monterey Conference Center, while the main culinary event remains in the Portola Hotel & Spa De Anza Ballroom, offering more room for Monterey County’s premier culinary celebration.

Guests can enjoy an evening of local wines, craft beers, and innovative small plates prepared by top Peninsula chefs and our Drummond Culinary Academy students. As you visit each station, you’ll meet the students, hear their stories, and see how experiences like this build their confidence and prepare them for future training, internships, and careers.

The Culinary Round Up, and your participation in the silent auction, directly supports every Rancho Cielo program and helps open doors for the remarkable young people we serve.
