RIde On at MACH 1 - One Year Later

Ride On has been building on the foundation laid by Joy and Cric. We have expanded our service to 25 riders and patients and we have hired instructors and therapists which will allow us to expand even more. We are very proud to have begun providing speech and occupational therapy – the only such program in LA and Ventura County – with the expert guidance of our nationally accredited team. We are building more partnerships with the City of Pasadena and, most recently, a psychotherapy program with yet another licensed therapist. There are many opportunities in front of us and we are excited to realize them one by one.

We are also grateful that so many who have supported MACH 1 over the years have continued to support Ride On. Foundations, like the Green Foundation, Pasadena Community Foundation and the Tournament of Roses Foundation, as well as Flintridge Riding Club and so many individuals who have joined to continue to make a difference in Pasadena. Many volunteers continue to work with us and help us to do more.

Over the coming year, we will continue to provide lessons and treatments five days a week.

We will need more volunteers – and funding - to do this so, as always, thank you for your support.
