Post 543 is dedicated to significantly impacting people's lives by enhancing the well-being of local veterans in need, their families, and youth within our community. We offer direct support to active-duty service members and their families across Eastern North Carolina. Furthermore, we promote patriotism and citizenship through education and leadership, collaborating with educational institutions within our communities in SE Brunswick County.
Our Post Service Team diligently handles over 100 cases annually, assisting veterans in need by working with various organizations to tackle life challenges and navigate the complexities of the VA system.
Additionally, Post 543 provides an Honor Guard for honorably discharged veterans who have earned the right to military honors upon burial or interment. Please help American Legion Post 543 fulfill these critical missions! Thank you for your kind and generous support!
