What began as a simple parish gathering has grown into one of our community’s most beloved — and lively — traditions. The St. Paul’s Oyster Roast is not just a fun night out; it’s our largest fundraiser of the year, dedicated to supporting our sweet Catholic school.

Each year, our committee spends months gathering donations from generous families, local businesses, and friends near and far to create an unforgettable evening filled with raffles, silent and live auctions, and incredible prizes. Every raffle ticket purchased and every bid placed helps fund important projects that enhance the experience for our students, teachers, and staff.

The success of this event depends on the extraordinary support of our families, friends, and community sponsors — the very heart of what makes St. Paul’s so special. This year, we’ll be using GiveButter to process all transactions for winning auction items. All guests should register as bidders on GiveButter to participate in the silent auction.

On the night of the event, the event concierge team will confirm that you’re registered. If you win an item, simply check in with the team to confirm your payment and take your item home.

If you’re unable to take your item home that night—or if your item requires later fulfillment—you’ll receive instructions the following week on how to redeem it.
