Hi there - We are so excited to see you at our 2023 Sip & Stroll Fundraising Event on Friday, June 23rd from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Proceeds from our event help support people with disabilities in your community – so thank you for joining us in our mission of providing life-changing opportunities to hundreds of individuals with disabilities each year. Details can also be found on our website at Garten.org/sip-stroll. Below are a few event details to ensure a safe and fun event! Pick Up Details: Where to pick up your wine glass, map, wristband, and tickets: We encourage guests to do an early pick-up to avoid long wait times/ lines the day of the event. Wednesday, June 21st: 12 pm – 2 pm at Mann Mortgage [ 280 Liberty St SE Suite 110] Thursday, June 22nd: 12 pm – 2 pm at Mann Mortgage [ 280 Liberty St SE Suite 110] Friday, June 23rd: 12 pm - 8 pm at Mann Mortgage [ 280 Liberty St SE Suite 110] *Please bring your ID with you and the QR code, so that we can verify your ticket purchase. Night of the Event: Parking: We encourage all guests to carpool, use public transportation, or use a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft. To find a bus route to our event, please visit: www.cherriots.org/local To schedule a ride via rideshare, please visit Uber or Lyft Starting Point: We don’t have a specific starting point - We encourage all guests to map out their Sip & Stroll route: garten.org/sip-stroll-map Restrooms: Restrooms are spread across our 15 locations; please check our map to see the nearest restrooms. Food Carts & Water Station: Water will be available throughout the stroll (look for W on the virtual map!), should you need some. Miller’s BBQ is handing out samples at Co.W, and food may be purchased at an additional cost. Additional Drink Tickets: Additional drink tickets are available for purchase at our Information Booths - $2 per drink ticket or $10 for a 6 drink tickets. Safety: To ensure the safety of our guests and remain in compliance with OLCC, we require all guests to finish their drinks before leaving each location. Raffle: Please visit: garten.org/gartenraffle to see our raffle items and buy your tickets. You can purchase as many raffle tickets as you’d like. $25 = 1 ticket $50 = 2 tickets $100 for 5 tickets. We will announce raffle winners on social media, and you will be contacted via email to arrange pick-up!
