Soroptimist International of Novato is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to enhancing the lives of women and girls both locally and globally. As part of the worldwide Soroptimist network, our mission is to provide women and girls with access to education and training that fosters economic empowerment. We also prioritize supporting local nonprofits through donations and volunteer work. Soroptimist International of Novato works to remove barriers, expand opportunities, and empower women and girls to achieve their full potential through fundraising, scholarships, awards programs, mentorship, and collaborative community initiatives

As a valued member of our community, your continued sponsorship and support helps provide scholarships that enable women and girls to pursue their educational and training goals, achieving economic empowerment and help create the leaders of the future. When women and girls are educated, they gain the opportunity, the choice, and the power to make healthy, informed decisions for themselves and their families. At this event, we strive to raise funds that make these scholarships and awards possible – creating lasting, positive change in our community and beyond.

Funds raised will enable us to give grants to women who are the sole support of their families and striving to improve their economic status through education. The most vulnerable are often the most susceptible to the hardships that occur and the slowest to rebound from these obstacles.
