The feral cat population affects us all.

Pet cats are not safe outside from feral cats that may carry disease and will fight for food and territory

Feral cats do not live a healthy life and breed every few months - we have a giant problem in Lane County and only rescues are helping, with little resources

Donations will be held strictly to help alter ferals brought in by community members.

We receive emails daily begging for help from people trying to help feral cats on their properties. They breed and multiply so quickly, it can be a never ending battle

Our vet has asked for a fund to have on hand, to help people who can’t afford the fees, so we are here asking for any amount you can afford.

Every dollar donated helps to build the fund and it will directly help our community

So many people want to help, but can’t finance large colonies of cats. 1 mom that would cost $100 suddenly has kittens, that if not trapped early, will soon cost $500-$600 more. Then in 5 months those kittens have kittens and mom has already also had more litters

The only way to end the cycle is to spay/neuter. Animal control tells people to release them back - even friendly strays that will also start breeding. We have to do something to help

We can’t help them all but we can certainly make a difference for those we can help
