Some items can be mailed to the winner, and some items can be picked up in person. Please reffer to the individual item page to see if your item can be mailed.

If your item is elidgable for mailing, the address used to mail the item will be the one provided to OUT MetroWest by GiveButter. Winner is responsible for ensuring that their mailing address in their GiveButter account is correct. You must email info@outmetrowest.org to request we mail your item(s), as the default option will be pick-up.

If picking up, designated times for pick-up are Sunday, May 19, 2-4 PM, and Monday, May 20, 10 AM-6:30 PM. Pick-up location is the OUT MetroWest office at 160 Hollis Street in Framingham. Winners will be asked to show ID at pick-up.

Any items not picked up/claimed by June 30, 2024 will be forfeited back to the organization.
