Every day in Acadiana, children and adults are living with the trauma of sexual violence. Too many are left believing they’re alone, silenced by fear and shame.

But there is a place where they are seen, heard, and believed. Hearts of Hope is Acadiana’s only sexual trauma center, providing care that is free, confidential, and available 24/7. From forensic exams and crisis advocacy to counseling and long-term support, we walk with survivors from their first call through their last step of healing.
