Founded in 2014, T4Youth raises money and garners support for future generations of technologists by uniting Chicago tech professionals around a common love of table tennis. Proceeds benefit a number of organizations that focus on STEAM education for youth.

ChiTech is a non-profit, 4-year contract school located in University Village that was founded to inspire, educate, and connect the next generation of leaders. It seeks to increase the number of minority and low-income students that pursue STEAM fields in college and careers.
Code Nation is a nationally known 501 (c)(3) non-profit that mobilizes tech communities to help more young people gain the skills, experiences, and connections that together create access to careers in technology.
i.c. stars is committed to racial equity and social justice, and drives change with education, training, and opportunity. They provide underserved young adults with technology-based workforce development, community leadership training, internships and job placement.
Year Up offers a variety of skills-based job training pathways that match the expertise corporate partners are seeking for their talent pool. Year Up is 100% tuition-free, and students receive the support, tools, and resources they’ll need to succeed in their desired career path regardless of their background, income, or zip code.
Talent Stacker offers training for a lucrative Salesforce career and most importantly helps students land their first Salesforce job. T4Youth is sponsoring individuals from the STEAM community to attend their program. Talent Stacker in partnership with T4Youth is focused on helping provide these tools for success.
