Through our dynamic events and workshops, we provide a space for experienced leaders to mentor the next generation of leaders of color, while also learning from their unique perspectives. These aren’t your average school assemblies. They’re fun, energetic spaces with cool vibes, music, and opportunities to connect with a network of people equipped to guide your pursuits.

We know there are systemic barriers that can impact Black and Brown youth, especially those from historically marginalized communities. Our goal is to level the playing field by demystifying pathways to success.
