Oct. 19 - Tour the ToyMakers workshop (from 9am to Noon) - Meet the elves (ToyMakers volunteers) - Silent auction - Games and face painting for the kids - Sheriff department K-9 demo and tactical vehicle - Over $500 of raffle prizes SILENT AUCTION: Sat. Oct. 5 through Sat. Oct. 19 - A HUGE variety of items, something for every taste and budget - Online bidding begins Oct. 5 at 5:00 pm - View and bid on items in person at the open house - Bidding ends promptly on Oct. 19 at 1:30 pm AUCTION REGISTRATION & DETAILS: - In order to view and bid on auction items you must register online. - Starting Oct 5th at 5:00 pm, click the 'Auction' link at the top of this page, then select 'Register to Bid'. - All winning bidders will be notified via text/email. - Winning bidders will be able to take their items home at the end of the Open House. - You are not required to attend the Open House to bid, however, you must make arrangements for local pick-up/delivery of your items by Nov 2. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship items. PARKING: All of the fun and festivities will take place next to the Toymaker workshop in the Fellowship Hall of East Lake Church.
