About EOLCOR

Every year, End of Life Choices Oregon (EOLCOR) walks alongside hundreds of individuals with terminal illnesses and their loved ones, offering clarity, compassion, and support during one of life’s most vulnerable times.

Since our founding in 2017, we have grown from a small grassroots network into a statewide nonprofit, guided by the simple belief that every person deserves dignity, understanding, and choice at the end of life.

Uniting for Choice honors the collective effort it has taken to make end-of-life options in Oregon clear and accessible. It also looks ahead, reminding us that together, we are sustaining a legacy of care, trust, and compassion for future generations.
