We are thrilled to invite you to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Waterford Oaks BMX Racetrack and
partner with us in making this year a huge success!

Waterford Oaks BMX, located in Waterford, Michigan, is run and operated by Josh Long and a team of dedicated volunteers. Each week, eager racers line up at the starting line on Thursday nights and Saturdays to race at one of the longest running
tracks in the nation.

Waterford Oaks BMX Racetrack has a long-standing history of providing a fun, safe atmosphere for
riders aged 2 to 65 and above. In 2022, Waterford Oaks opened a Race League, which teaches the fundamentals
of the sport to beginner riders of all ages. Since the launch of this program, 326 riders participated in this
program, gaining the skills they need to become the future of this fast-growing sport.

The 2024 season is among the most exciting events to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Waterford Oaks
BMX will host a stop on the Michigan State Series with a qualifying race and the State of Michigan Final Race,
where racers will receive their state ranking. In addition to these large state races, Waterford Oaks will be
hosting the Stars and Stripes National Race, which is expected to attract thousands of novices and professional
racers from across the country.

Each year, volunteers work tirelessly to make needed improvements, such as adding asphalt in the
corners, sealing the track, installing a timing system, and adding a moto board. In 2022, we rebuilt the whole
track in collaboration with a company. We had 540 yards of dirt brought in and updated the track to match
the current level of the national tracks, which led to USA BMX selecting Waterford Oaks BMX to host the
Stars-and-Stripes National Race. Volunteers applied glue to the entire track surface, which allowed the track
to withstand the natural elements. Our youngest riders have gained valuable experience on the newly built
balance track, allowing them to practice safely.

None of the improvement, or day-to-day track operations would be possible without the community support through fundraiser activities and volunteers.
