Here are a few important details to ensure you have a seamless and enjoyable experience:

Meal Preferences: If you have any meal changes from what you selected on your ticket, please inform us no later than two weeks before the event. You can send your requests to suzy.sanchez@epcodemparty.org.

Table Assignments: We will be sending out table assignments one week before the Gala. Rest assured, if you have purchased multiple tickets, your party will be seated together.

Attire: The dress code for the evening is black tie. We look forward to seeing you in your finest attire.

Silent Auction: Our silent auction will be live throughout the evening, offering an array of exciting items and experiences. Be ready to place your bids here and support our cause.

Parking: Complimentary parking will be available at the DoubleTree. Please follow the signage upon arrival.
