The LTB Foundation is a regional non-profit organization that promotes community enrichment and conscientious progress throughout Tampa Bay. Engaged in altruistic services and working in direct partnership with Leadership Tampa Bay, LTB Foundation gathers leaders from four counties to address social and civic issues and initiate solutions that bring about measurable change to improve the quality of life for our entire region.

A donation to LTB Foundation positively impacts local qualified charitable, social, and civic organizations, as well as provides scholarships for non-profit, minority, and small business participants in the annual Leadership Tampa Bay program. INVEST in your community.
