At Project VOYCE, we believe in the power of youth as experts in their own experiences and as agents of change. Founded in 2006 by students and adult supporters determined to include young voices in critical conversations, we have become a leading expert in youth leadership development and equitable youth-adult partnerships. Our mission is to develop young leaders who are engaged equitably in their own development and the development of their communities.

Black, Indigenous, and other youth of color face numerous challenges in our society, from inequitable educational systems to the impact of generational and systemic trauma. Project VOYCE is committed to addressing these systemic issues by co-designing an organizational model that embodies youth-adult partnerships rooted in healing justice principles. We recognize that healing is not just an individual act but a sociopolitical act that makes communities more powerful.

A celebration of youth leaders, Venture with VOYCE is an annual event that recognizes the incredible achievements of the youth who have participated in VOYCE Academy. This year, we are excited to be back in person and bring it back to where it all started at Manual High School.
