What does this event support?

This night is our biggest fundraiser for the Westwood View Education Enhancement Fund (EEF). In recent years, the EEF has powered teacher‑ and parent‑submitted grants, new school equipment, and even the salaries of our amazing Specials teachers. This year, we’re keeping that momentum going and adding support for our PTA. PTA funds help bring more free family events, yearbooks for every student, and—of course—lots of love for our teachers.

What’s the theme?

Welcome aboard the Westwood View Yacht Club. We’re going full Yacht Rock. Think nautical vibes—anchors, stripes, captain hats, whatever floats your boat. Whether you’re channeling Gilligan’s Island or Below Deck, just have fun with it.

Do I need to dress up?

Not at all! But dressing up definitely adds to the fun, and most people jump in on the theme.

Are tables assigned?

Yes—tables of 12. If you want to sit with a specific crew, email westwoodviewauction@gmail.com with your table request. If you don’t have a full group, we’ll match you with parents from similar grades so you can make new friends.

What’s included in my ticket?

Drink tickets, a DJ, and late‑night pizza. We highly recommend eating beforehand—the pizza makes its grand entrance toward the end of the night.

Yes! We heard your feedback and switched things up. Tickets will be sold at a lower cost than in years past, and every attendee will receive two drink tickets. Additional tickets will be available before the auction and the night of. Each drink ticket sold helps the school cover costs—so feel free to stock up for your table and boost our fundraising at the same time.

How’s the parking?

Mission Hills has plenty of parking for our guests. That said, rideshare is always a great option for convenience and safety.
