The Dream Come True Foundation partners with individuals and their families to move out of poverty to sustainable independence through education, mentoring, financial assistance, and access to community partnerships. "Empowering Dreams with Grit, Guiding Them with Grace” embodies the spirit of empowering individuals to prepare new pathways for personal growth and achieving sustainable independence.
